Juridical Committee and Arbitration

According to the articles of the Architects Association of Design, Interior & Exterior of Tehran’s Buildings TAA’s ( 3~6 Section ) , in order to accomplish goals of the association’s constitution , different committees such as Juridical will serve architects community achieving their union’s rights Arbitration is a duty brought upon TAA by the Articles of the constitution , that will clarify and determine the rightful side in legal cases between Clients and Architects . We will provide templates of “contract prototypes” that are prepared by jurisdiction professionals which will facilitate and assist different “Architect-Client” contract situations and deadens.
